We asked Mike to construct a quote for a proposed addition to our house. He came promptly to assess the work and discuss our requirements. His quote was realistic and well considered. We engaged Bayline Construction to do the work, and have been very pleased with the standard of work, which was completed on time, and within the budget set. The alterations are sympathetic to the existing structure of the house, and show attention to detail. Mike listened to what we wanted and his work shows a real attention to detail. We heard about Mike and Bayline through friends and had them design a Bach for us before we even bought the section owing to the shape of it.
The brief was 4 bedrooms ensuite main bathroom, with separate toilet, all open plan with that main bedroom in front with as much glass along the front to capture the view. Straight off they got it bang on!
Start date was August 1st to be finished by Christmas - the keys were handed over on Dec 19th!!
All through the build we were kept informed by phone, email and photos and felt we were No 1 priority throughout.
